How much does it cost?
It depends on how many forms, roles and approval steps you need, so every project gets its own quote after a free 30-minute call. You get the scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is built, and we tell you any running costs up front. Most small organizations start with a Starter System.
How long does a project take?
A Starter System usually takes 1–2 weeks. A Business Portal takes 3–6 weeks, and a Custom Platform 6–10 weeks, depending on how many roles and steps it has.
Do I need to buy special software?
Usually not. Many of our systems run on Google Workspace or Firebase, which most small organizations can use for free or at very low cost. We'll tell you any running costs before we start.
Who owns the system when it's done?
You do. It lives in your accounts, and you get a handoff guide. You're never locked in.
Can you work with organizations outside the US?
Yes. We work fully remotely and have already built systems for a microfinance bank and a three-branch retailer in Nigeria. Calls work across time zones: pick a time on the booking page, or tell us what suits you and we'll make it work.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of free fixes. After that, the Care Plan covers fixes, updates and backups for a flat monthly fee.
Can you improve a system we already have?
Yes. We can review it, test it, fix problems and add features, or look after it on a Care Plan.
