The short version
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or a booking (like your name, email and message). We use it only to reply to you. We never sell it or share it for anyone's marketing, we don't use ads or tracking cookies, and our visitor counter (GoatCounter) doesn't collect personal information. Want your info deleted? Email us and we will.
Vantlow is a small studio in Atlanta, Georgia, run by Peter Olatunde. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect through getvantlow.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, organization, what you need and your message. The form is handled by Web3Forms and arrives in our email.
- Booking a call. If you book a free call, Cal.com collects your name, email, organization and your answer about the process you want to fix, and the meeting is created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.
- Emails. If you write to us or reply to one of our emails, we keep that conversation in our Google email (Google Workspace or Gmail).
- Visitor counts. We count visits with GoatCounter, a cookie-free visitor counter. It doesn't identify you or track you across sites.
What we don't collect
- The Try it demo runs entirely on your device. What you type and sign, and the PDF it makes, are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
- If you opened a link with an organization's name in it, that name only fills in the demo on your screen. We don't store it.
- The Bug Squash game keeps your best score in your own browser only.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, book and hold calls, and send quotes or project updates you asked for. We don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (contact form), Cal.com (booking), Google (email, calendar and Meet) and GoatCounter (visitor counts). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Emails from us
If we email you and you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" and we won't contact you again.
Deleting your information
Email peter@getvantlow.com and ask us to delete what we hold about you. We'll do it and confirm by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
