The problem

New-hire paperwork was printed, signed by hand, scanned and filed one sheet at a time.

What we built

Online forms with e-signatures, PDF generation, RN routing, admin oversight and organized Google Drive storage.

The result

New staff complete their paperwork from a phone, and admins find any document in seconds.

Caring Hands Application & HR Portal

Applicants apply, sign policy acknowledgments and finish onboarding from their phone. HR reviews everything in its own portal.

The problem

A 41-page paper hiring packet had to be printed, filled in by hand and chased down one page at a time.

What we built

Sign-in with an emailed code, saved drafts, work history, submission receipts, an onboarding dashboard and typed-signature policy acknowledgments. HR signs in with Google to approve hires, record office sign-offs and see an activity log.

The result

Applicants can stop and pick up where they left off, every signature is stored and can't be changed, and HR sees each person's progress in one place.

A five-stage approval workflow for RCCG Family Praise Chapel, from request to finance to permanent archive.

The problem

Department spending requests moved by text and paper, with no clear record of who approved what.

What we built

Department-head and administrator review, finance processing, final PDF generation and a permanent archive, with role-based access.

The result

Every request has an owner, a status and a paper trail the finance team can trust.

The problem

SEAP Investor Portal

Investors register, sign agreements, record payments and download certificates. Staff confirm payments and approve allocations.

The problem

A community bank needed to raise funds from supporters at home and abroad and keep every payment on record.

What we built

Investor sign-up, online agreements, a four-step payment tracker, certificates and statements, plus a staff admin area with an audit log.

The result

Each investor sees only their own records, enforced by database security rules, not just hidden on screen.
